Start in 2026 SummerThe Children's Law Center (CLC) is a non-profit legal services organization that represents children in various legal proceedings. They are seeking enthusiastic and competent Paralegal Interns to support the day-to-day activities of their Paralegal Department, providing hands-on experience and assistance to staff and clients.

Responsibilities
Observation of court proceedings, interviews and conferences
Digest case records (school, medical, COI’s, forensic reports)
Legal and factual cite checking
Draft legal documents (i.e., subpoena’s, orders to produce, notices of appeal)
Draft client and collateral witness correspondence
Second seat attorney during trial (note taking, gathering and distributing exhibits)
Conduct collateral interviews
Obtain and copy court files
Schedule service of subpoenas and other legal documents
A variety of administrative tasks including filing and scheduling interviews
