Tier II Technician
Code Blue Computing is one of the fastest growing IT Service Providers in Colorado, seeking to add a Tier II Technician to their team. The role involves providing technical support, network troubleshooting, and customer service while helping clients with various computer-related issues.
Responsibilities
Help clients with computer related issues such as networking, basic server tasks, Office 365 management, and desktop issues
Coach junior techs and assist clients over the phone
Continue technical training and certifications
Qualification
Required
Experience working in a Managed Service Provider environment
Microsoft Windows 7/8/10/11
Microsoft Windows Server (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019)
Desktop Support
Device Support (printers/scanners/smart phones/tablets)
TCP/IP Troubleshooting
Basic Network Client Connectivity Troubleshooting and Basic Administration of Active Directory
Microsoft 365 Cloud support
Well organized
Excellent problem-solving skills
Team player
Great communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time and meet deadlines
Handle multiple priorities in a high-paced environment with accuracy and efficiency
