Experience performing complex business analysis and writing technical documentation
Experience reporting project status to management, including risks, issues, and key decisions
Experience identifying project risks and issues and developing and implementing mitigation strategies
Experience demonstrating effective written and oral communication, including documenting requirements, deliverables, test scenarios, and project status
Experience utilizing business analysis skills and working with business end users to gather, validate, and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Experience reviewing and approving complex technical user and system requirements developed by vendors
Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Teams, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
Experience coordinating and developing test plans, test strategies, exit criteria, and test scenarios
Experience executing detailed test cases in a complex software environment
Experience using test management software
Experience working in an Agile software development environment
Experience working as a Business Analyst
Experience approving and prioritizing user stories based on stakeholder feedback and subject matter expertise
Experience with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) and Medicaid business processes

Required
8 years (Required): Experience performing complex business analysis and writing technical documentation
