Responsibilities

Manage machining processes for various materials including aluminum, copper, brass, and plastics
Troubleshoot and optimize programs to ensure quality, reduce downtime, and increase efficiency
Support production schedules by ensuring all machines are set up and programmed accurately
Conduct quality checks on machined parts to ensure precision and compliance with specifications

Required

5+ years of experience in CNC programming and machine setup (milling and lathes)
Ability to program and set up CNC machines independently with minimal supervision
Manage machining processes for various materials including aluminum, copper, brass, and plastics
Troubleshoot and optimize programs to ensure quality, reduce downtime, and increase efficiency
Support production schedules by ensuring all machines are set up and programmed accurately
Conduct quality checks on machined parts to ensure precision and compliance with specifications

Preferred

Mastercam preferred, or similar programming experience
Experience with Fanuc-controlled HAAS machines highly preferred
