This role is responsible for owning and scaling the internal technology ecosystem across e-commerce, wholesale, and warehouse operations while ensuring operational efficiency and system improvements.

Responsibilities
Full ownership of the company's ERP platform (SAP Business One) including integrations, reporting, data flow, and user support
Managing order-to-cash workflows across e-commerce, wholesale, EDI, and warehouse systems
Supporting finance, operations, and supply chain teams with reliable, scalable systems
Overseeing the company's website and e-commerce stack
Supporting customer service tools (Freshdesk or similar)
Ensuring accurate, real-time data between web, ERP, and fulfillment
Technology ownership across warehouses, shipping systems, EDI orders, and 3PL integrations
Ensuring inventory, fulfillment, and shipping platforms remain accurate, stable, and efficient
Supporting product imports, SKU setup, and inventory tracking across systems
Managing Microsoft 365, user access, security, and collaboration tools
Owning the company's SD-WAN / network infrastructure across office and warehouse locations
Acting as the escalation point for system outages, errors, and urgent operational issues
This is not a 'hands-off' role - you will be actively involved in troubleshooting, system improvements, and keeping the business running smoothly
Partnering with finance, operations, warehouse, and customer service teams to solve problems quickly
Qualification
Required
Deep, real-world SAP Business One experience (this is the core system of the business)
Experience supporting e-commerce + wholesale + warehouse operations
Strong understanding of order management, inventory, shipping, and fulfillment workflows
Experience with EDI and integration between trading partners and ERP
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
Experience supporting distributed office and warehouse environments
Preferred
Experience with Freshdesk or similar customer support platforms
Experience managing SD-WAN or distributed networks
Experience working in product-based businesses (importing, warehousing, SKU management, logistics)
