Responsibilities

Lead the Technical Sale: Partner with Account Executives to navigate complex technical discoveries, translate customer pain points into elegant solutions, and deliver high-impact demos
Build & Solution: Design custom workflows and demo environments that showcase the power of AI-driven outbound and intent signalling
Drive Pilots: Own the technical success of PoVs and pilots, ensuring prospects see immediate value and ROI
Product Influence: Act as the 'voice of the customer,' working directly with Engineering and Product teams to refine our roadmap and technical positioning
Scale the Function: As an early hire, you will help build the playbooks and infrastructure for the Sales Engineering team

Required

3+ Years of Experience: You have a proven track record in Sales/Solutions Engineering, ideally within SaaS, GTM platforms, or data-intensive products
Technically Sharp: You are comfortable discussing APIs, CRM integrations (Salesforce/HubSpot), and the modern data stack
Autonomous & High-Agency: You thrive in 'zero-to-one' environments where you need to build your own tools and figure things out on the fly
Low Ego, High Impact: You align with a culture of humility, accountability, and a 'get your rock done' mentality

Preferred

Familiarity with LLMs and AI agents is a major plus
