Lease Crew Hand
Killam Development is engaged in oil and gas services, and they are seeking a Lease Crew Hand to perform various tasks related to tank battery construction and pipeline maintenance. The role involves routine maintenance on production equipment, assisting in construction and repairs, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

Responsibilities
Performs miscellaneous dirt work, equipment work, and general labor work
Performs routine maintenance on production equipment at new and existing facilities
Performs and assists in the construction of tank batteries and facilities, and tank containment for production facilities
Performs and assists in building and maintaining pipe lines, pipeline leak repair, and maintaining pumping unit assembly
Assists in flow line installation, removal, and repairs
Responds to call out requests as needed for maintenance, relief and emergency situations
Performs other duties as determined and required based on project need
Qualification
Required
Must have a High school diploma, equivalency or equivalent experience
Must have one - two (1-2) years of experience within oil and gas production facilities, pipeline construction, pipeline labor or equivalent experience
Must have basic knowledge of operating and maintaining equipment and hand tools used in the oil and gas production industry, including, but not limited to: backhoe, pneumatic and electrical tools, such as concrete vibrators, compactors, concrete saws, cut-off saws, jackhammers, and hand-operated trenchers
Must have basic knowledge of construction tools and practices
Must have basic ability to read and understand maintenance/operations manuals
Must have strong mechanical skills
Must have strong planning, organizational, delegation, and time management skills in order to set priorities and meet assigned deadlines
Must have strong problem-solving skills to develop feasible realistic solutions to problems, recommending actions designed to prevent problems from occurring
Must be able to perform the following physical activity on a frequent to constant basis: Stand for long periods of time
Must be able to lift 40–60 lbs. with or without assistance
Must be able to quickly move hands, hands together with arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects
Must be able to coordinate two or more limbs (for example, two arms, two legs, or one leg and one arm) while sitting, standing, or lying down
Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving the whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials
Must be able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information through verbal communications in person or detect objects in and around job site
Must have average, ordinary visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents; operate various types of machinery and handheld equipment
Must be able to walk moderate distances on slippery, even, and/or uneven surfaces
Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, turn, or crawl
Must be able to climb and balance on stairs, metal/wooden beams, ladders, or other structures/elevated areas
Must be able to follow all applicable company, state and federal safety and environmental rules and regulations in assigned areas
Must be able to adhere to and perform functions according to company and OSHA safety guidelines
Must be able to work in a cooperative team environment
Must be able to maintain clean and orderly work area
Must be able to adhere to the highest standards of ethics, integrity, professionalism, and discretion
Must be able to support a culture of customer satisfaction
Must be able to follow and exchange basic instructions, information, and guidelines
Must be able to participate in training and development opportunities offered to maintain knowledge of current practices and safety knowledge
Must be able to communicate and comprehend instructions/directions in accordance with safety requirements, which necessitate no language barriers exist between employees and supervisors
Must be able to wear personal protective equipment as required, such as steel toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, vest, and the like while on the job sites
Must be able to maintain regular, timely, and predictable attendance

Current Texas driver's license and a satisfactory driving record preferred
