Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities from start through closeout
Maintain project schedules and coordinate subcontractors and vendors
Enforce site safety, quality control, and compliance with NYC codes and regulations
Lead on-site meetings and coordinate closely with project management teams
Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards
Qualification
Required
Active NYC Superintendent License (required)
Proven experience as a Superintendent on interior and/or ground-up construction projects
Proven experience leading complex/diverse projects across NYC
Strong coordination & leadership skills with subs, PMs, and ownership teams
