Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive SaaS adoption in the Aviation, Aerospace, and Defense domains
Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts
Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to closing deals
Collaborate with Product Management and Delivery teams to tailor solutions for customer needs
Maintain a robust sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and report on KPIs
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent FieldLogs and expand market presence
Act as a trusted advisor for clients, understanding their operational challenges and positioning FieldLogs solutions effectively
Provide feedback from the field to product and marketing teams to influence product roadmap and sales enablement

Required

Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation, or a related field
3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in Aviation, Aerospace, or Defense
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of aviation maintenance operations and related technology solutions
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and basic sales analytics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Fluent in English; French is a plus but not required
Self-driven, results-oriented, and a collaborative team player
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
