Own day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform
Drive online sales, conversion, and customer engagement
Optimize website performance through testing, SEO, SEM, and UX improvements
Lead digital marketing execution across Email, SMS, Google, and paid social
Partner with marketing, IT, buyers, operations, and customer service
Oversee fulfillment execution and online customer experience
Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
Lead and develop an e-commerce team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
4–7 years of e-commerce leadership experience
Strong background in digital marketing, analytics, and site optimization
Experience with enterprise e-commerce platforms and large product catalogs
Preferred
Magento experience a plus
Retail or consumer-facing industry experience preferred
