Responsibilities
Provide repair and maintenance work on CNC milling machines, in-house and occasionally on-site
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CNC machines and CAD/CAM software or hardware issues
Provide clients with technical support and guidance through corrective steps by phone, email and remote-control software (e.g. TeamViewer)
Maintenance work on machines, in-house and on-site
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent communication skills. Friendly and polite solution-oriented customer service mindset
Analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills are required
Ability to work successfully, both independently, as well as part of a team
Highly motivated with excellent organizational skills
High School diploma or equivalent
Technical degree (vocational school, Associate Degree) or 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Driver's License
Preferred
Prior CNC and CAD/CAM experience
Dental office or dental laboratory experience (e.g. as Certified Dental Technician)
Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical equipment repair
