Responsibilities
Find the Opportunities: You will research new real estate developments and community projects in the Tri-State area, finding the right people for us to contact
Manage the Digital Brand: You will own our Instagram and LinkedIn—scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and turning our project photos into compelling content
Support the Pitch: You will help create beautiful pitch decks and organize our CRM database, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks
Get Out There: You will occasionally attend industry trade shows (like BDNY) to represent the company and visit project sites to capture "behind-the-scenes" content
Qualification
Required
3–4 years of experience in a marketing, sales, and social media management
Proficient in social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and standard CRM tools
Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced studio environment
Must provide portfolio to be considered (Please upload it with your cover letter.)
Preferred
Experience in Design, Real Estate, or Architecture is a huge plus
