Responsibilities
Develop and seed messy, real-world derivatives and quantitative finance data for AI training
Collaborate with remote contributors to identify, prepare, and curate finance datasets
Evaluate and annotate complex financial documents, spreadsheets, and quantitative models
Contribute to evolving data seeding workflows where structure is built iteratively
Communicate assumptions, findings, and rationale clearly in written and verbal formats
Guide AI systems to reconstruct, normalize, or extend incomplete financial artifacts
Qualification
Required
Strong background in derivatives and quantitative finance with hands-on industry exposure
Experience working with messy, incomplete, or in-the-wild financial datasets
Proficiency in evaluating spreadsheets, models, and ambiguous financial artifacts
Familiarity with AI concepts, data seeding, annotation, or model training workflows
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, distributed environment
Comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving project structures
