Responsibilities

Leverage existing wholesale and retail broker relationships to generate new business
Drive adoption of NormanMax’s parametric insurance products across commercial and personal lines
Own deal execution from initial broker engagement through bind
Partner closely with underwriting and operations to convert submissions into revenue
Educate brokers on parametric insurance use cases and positioning alongside traditional coverage

Required

10+ years of experience in insurance distribution or business development
Background in brokerage, MGA, carrier, or insurtech environments
Existing relationships with U.S. wholesale and retail brokers
Strong understanding of commercial insurance markets (personal lines a plus)
Consistent, repeatable broker-driven pipeline

Preferred

Parametric or weather-risk experience preferred but not required
Spanish proficiency is a plus
