Responsibilities

Aid employees with our benefit plans, including new hire and open enrollment activities

Assist with preparation and execution of annual open enrollment, including testing the self-enrollment system, reviewing and updating communications and tracking completion progress

Maintain employee benefits filing system and ensure benefits changes are entered appropriately into the enrollment system

Assist with the verification of monthly premium statements for all group insurance policies and maintain statistical data related to premiums, claims and cost

Act as liaison between HR, vendors and employees to provide support as it relates to benefit policies, procedures and claim disputes

Ensure the accuracy of all eligibility information provided to vendors
