Responsibilities
Oversee gas lifted wells, ESP's, three-phase separation, and gas compression
Manage control board operations and pipeline operations effectively
Prepare for and perform maintenance tasks, including taking readings and issuing work permits
Proactively monitor well and equipment performance to maximize production
Collaborate with support groups to optimize chemical pump rates based on production data
Interface with Engineering for data collection requests
Track test compression data accurately
Conduct fluid level measurements using an echo meter
Qualification
Required
Ability to analyze production data and make informed decisions
Provide technical and administrative support as needed
Learn and apply relevant terminology and standard procedures
Perform routine office/field tasks using established procedures
Entry-level position, typically requiring 0-3 years of experience
