Office Manager
RaezerConnect is a mid-sized commercial carpentry and building company known for its quality craftsmanship and reliable service. They are seeking a highly organized Office Manager/Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day operations and financial processes, ensuring smooth office operations and maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Process payroll and maintain payroll records
Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting
Maintain job costing and tracking project expenses
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and project documentation
Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding
Handle insurance certificates, permits, audits, and compliance documentation
Support leadership and field teams with administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in office management and bookkeeping
Proficiency with QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online)
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Familiarity with construction industry accounting
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Discretion and integrity with confidential information
