Responsibilities

Program 5-axis mills, lathes, and mill/turn machines for production and prototypes
Develop machining strategies for steel alloys, optimizing toolpaths and cycle times
Create and revise CNC programs, setup sheets, and tooling lists
Troubleshoot programs at the machine and improve throughput
Collaborate with the team to expand 5-axis and mill/turn capabilities

Required

5–10 years CNC programming experience
Expertise in 5-axis Mastercam for milling and lathe machines

Post-processor and CAM setup experience
Tooling selection and cutting strategy optimization
Ability to generate clear setup documentation
