Night Shift Data Techs - Raynham, MA
Seneca Resources is a staffing and consulting firm that connects professionals with opportunities for long-term growth. They are seeking an experienced Data Technician to support a large-scale Wireless Access Point deployment project, responsible for installing, terminating, testing, and certifying structured cabling.

Responsibilities
Pull, terminate, label, and test Cat6 and fiber optic cabling
Install and cable Wireless Access Points (WAPs) in accordance with project specifications
Certify and document cable runs using industry-standard testers (Fluke or similar)
Terminate cabling into patch panels, data racks, and network closets
Interpret and follow blueprints, floor plans, and cable schedules
Adhere to structured cabling standards (TIA/EIA) and project documentation
Operate scissor or boom lifts safely while working at heights
Maintain a safe, organized work environment and comply with all safety requirements
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in structured cabling (Cat6 and fiber)
Demonstrated experience independently installing and terminating WAPs
Lift certification (scissor lift or boom lift)
Proficiency using cable testing and certification equipment
Ability to work overnight shifts with flexibility as needed
Reliable transportation
Must supply personal hand tools, including: Cable cutters and strippers, Punch-down tools, Cable testers
Must provide required PPE, including: Hard hat, High-visibility vest, Gloves, Eye protection, Steel-toe boots
Preferred
Experience reading and interpreting structured cabling drawings and floor plans
Hands-on experience terminating into data racks and patch panels
Familiarity with large-scale network or enterprise deployment projects
