4+ years expStevenDouglas is partnering with an oil and gas client in West Houston in their search for interim Senior Accountant. This position will involve performing consolidation processes and various accounting duties to support the financial reporting.

Responsibilities
Perform monthly and quarterly close consolidation processes, processing and validating various eliminations, validation of investment in affiliate entries, and assisting in resolving intercompany discrepancies
Creating and posting journal entries, performing account reconciliations and account analysis, responding in inquiries about the consolidations process
Prepare and provide earnings analysis
Supporting various other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
4+ years of general ledger accounting experience
Experience handling consolidations across multiple levels
SAP experience (required)
Preferred
SAP BPC experience (highly preferred)
