Required

7 years of experience as a full-stack engineer with a strong backend lean
Background at FAANG or a Tier-1 VC-backed, high-growth startup
Strong backend fundamentals (50–100% backend focus acceptable) with some frontend exposure
Deep Python experience and comfort working with data infrastructure and APIs
Familiarity with modern tooling (AWS, FastAPI, React, TypeScript)
CS or STEM degree from a top-50 CS university (no bootcamp candidates)

Preferred

Experience in legal tech, fintech, or data-driven SaaS environments strongly preferred
