Project Kickoff and Planning: Define site requirements and baseline deployment schedules
Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project spend and manage purchase orders
Risk Management: Identify bottlenecks to mitigate project delays
Permit Coordination: Secure electrical permits and local zoning approvals
Construction Coordination: Direct electrical contractors during infrastructure builds
Quality Assurance and Testing: Validate charger functionality and code compliance
Internal Reporting: Update leadership on milestones and procurement status
Client and Stakeholder Communication: Manage site host and utility provider expectations
Project Review and Improvement: Analyze completed builds to optimize future workflows
