Legal Secretary

The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking a qualified Legal Secretary to provide essential support to the Kentucky Law Enforcement Council. This role involves drafting legal documents, managing communications, and assisting with document management for the Office of Legal Services.

Assist OLS staff with document management, including document collection, identification, storage, and review
Assist with communication between OLS staff and cabinet agencies and employees to facilitate services
Review and transcribe depositions and other legal material

Required

High school graduate
Four years of clerical experience
Proven ability to complete assignments independently
A strong ability to multitask
Experience with administrative law process
