Business Development Specialist
ACCU, Inc is seeking a Business Development Specialist to support the growth of a new model in community association management. This role focuses on relationship development, market expansion, and introducing HOA Boards and industry professionals to a modern alternative in a changing industry.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with HOA Boards, community managers, and industry partners
Lead discovery conversations and introductory meetings explaining the Saga model
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Colorado
Attend in-person meetings, presentations, and industry events
Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, positioning, and outreach strategy
Track leads, conversations, and progress through the sales pipeline
Qualification
Required
Required HOA / community association industry experience
Proven background in sales, business development, or partnership growth
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable discussing new concepts and challenging legacy industry norms
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
Must be located in Colorado
Willingness to travel within the state and occasionally beyond as the network grows
Preferred
Prior experience working with HOA Boards or management companies
Familiarity with RFPs, Board decision-making processes, or vendor selection
Experience in consultative or relationship-driven sales environments
