Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account expansion
Act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into actionable delivery plans
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and quality project execution
Participate in quarterly trips to the U.S. for in-person client meetings
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in account management or client success roles within the tech or IT services sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; charismatic and confident with clients
Advanced English (written and spoken) — non-negotiable
Strong technical understanding of IT projects and delivery processes
Valid U.S. visa and willingness to travel quarterly
