Responsibilities

Lead internal reports and admin team as well as external technology partners

Manage AMS (Application Managed Services) providers and ensure service quality

Build trust, accountability, and alignment across business and IT teams

Participate in ERP / large-scale system implementations

Understand legacy systems (BASIS, AMCS, Great Plains, Vertex, Samsara)

Drive digital transformation while ensuring day-to-day stability of existing systems

Support integration, optimization, patching, and governance of applications

Understand end-to-end business processes and recommend process improvements

Capture requirements, create as-is and to-be process flows, conduct gap analysis, define integration points, and develop reporting solutions

Facilitate adoption of new systems and ensure smooth change management

Must be able to explain technical concepts to non-technical leadership (CEO, COO, etc.)

Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills to resolve conflicts and foster collaboration
