This role supports buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for healthcare providers and payors, offering meaningful responsibility and direct exposure to clients and deal teams.

Responsibilities
Perform financial due diligence for healthcare-related transactions on both the buy-side and sell-side
Analyze income statements, balance sheets, cash flows, and key operational metrics
Assess quality of earnings, net working capital, net assets, and cash flow sustainability
Translate complex financial data into clear insights used in valuation and transaction negotiations
Prepare transaction reports, analyses, and client-facing presentations
Participate in meetings and calls with client teams and target company management
Collaborate with healthcare-focused audit, tax, compliance, and advisory professionals
At the Manager level, oversee portions of engagements, review work performed by team members, and assist with project management
Support client relationships and contribute to selected business development efforts
Qualification
Required
3–7+ years of experience in audit, financial accounting, or transaction advisory at a reputable accounting or advisory firm
The firm is also interested in healthcare auditors who are CPAs or actively on the CPA track and seeking a transition into transaction advisory
CPA designation completed or in progress
Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint capabilities
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
Preferred
Prior experience serving healthcare providers, payors, hospitals, pharmaceutical or healthcare-focused investors is strongly preferred
Experience with data analytics or visualization tools is a plus
