Responsibilities

Conduct boundary and topographic surveys and verify the accuracy of field data

Prepare and maintain survey sketches, maps, reports, and documentation

Operate and maintain modern surveying equipment (GPS, total stations, theodolites)

Research legal records, survey data, and land titles

Supervise and manage field staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Collaborate with internal teams to support land development and construction projects

Prepare and present survey findings to stakeholders

Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations
