Integrated Marketing Manager (Corporate)

Responsibilities
Leadership in regional collaboration and impact: Take a leadership role in delivering regional marketing plans and driving initiatives that have a meaningful impact on regional objectives. Partner and collaborate closely with regional operations teams to understand local nuances and align marketing efforts with regional priorities and goals
Integrated marketing planning: Lead the strategy of integrated marketing plans that encompass various marketing channels and cross-functional teams, ensuring a cohesive and impactful approach
Work seamlessly with cross-functional marketing teams to synchronize efforts and achieve a unified brand message across all channels
Work cross-functionally with operational leadership, strategy, recruitment, and key corporate and divisional stakeholders to clearly highlight opportunities and challenges
Data-driven decision-making: Using data insights and market research to make informed decisions, optimize campaigns, and measure the success of marketing efforts
Bring your creativity to collaborate with IMM team and Marketing management to generate innovative cross-channel campaigns
Analyze marketing data to identify issues and develop solutions to fix them
Own marketing strategy and briefing for creative development for media campaigns and digital/social media presence
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to initiate, drive, and successfully complete projects independently, demonstrating a proactive and organized mindset

Proficient in stakeholder management, adept at cultivating positive relationships, and skilled in managing expectations to ensure alignment and successful collaboration between corporate stakeholders and Marketing teams
Demonstrated experience working in complex, national organizations
Ability to manage complex and multi-channel campaigns
Excellent at fostering collaborative professional relationships and building consensus
Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and exercise sound professional judgment
Ability to navigate and successfully deliver on time-sensitive projects and programs to meet or exceed deadlines
Strong written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to express ideas and concepts concisely to a broad range of audiences
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field; construction or related industry expertise a plus
8–12 years of progressive marketing experience, with integrated, field, or campaign marketing experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated success partnering with and aligning cross-functional teams across corporate and regional environments
Proven leadership in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and programs through influence and delivering impactful marketing plans
Strong experience in conceiving, planning and implementing effective marketing strategies aligned to business objectives
Ability to travel up to 40%
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while adhering to timelines and budgets
Excellent writing, editing and presentation skills; clear and articulate communicator
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and moderate experience with Adobe Creative Suite
