Mid LevelGSD Search, LLC is seeking a Business Systems Analyst responsible for eliciting, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements across multiple business units. This role collaborates with various teams to ensure solutions are well-defined and aligned with organizational standards.

Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
Develop clear functional and technical specifications to support solution design and delivery
Support User Acceptance Testing by developing test plans, coordinating execution, and communicating status to project teams and stakeholders
Partner with business representatives, portfolio managers, and developers throughout the requirements and solution design process
Gather and assess technical information related to proposed solutions, including data, architecture, and security considerations
Assist in guiding solutions through established technology governance and lifecycle processes
Support prioritization efforts through initial sizing, scoping, and cost estimation of system initiatives
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices, templates, and lifecycle documentation
Qualification
Required
Strong business analysis and solution design skills, including the ability to assess system issues, evaluate alternatives, and recommend cost-effective solutions
Experience translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and specifications
Working knowledge of project management principles, including scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with modern technologies, platforms, tools, and vendor solutions
Proven ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams and external partners
