Responsibilities
Prioritize work orders and schedule refrigeration technicians according to urgency and necessity of orders
Monitor all refrigeration and steam/boiler areas to ensure proper functioning of equipment and machinery
Promote and encourage safety in all aspects of maintenance
Perform skilled maintenance activities including construction, welding, brazing, soldering, and plumbing
Adjust, repair, and replace electrical and electronic equipment
Complete required paperwork, such as payroll
Attend meetings as scheduled or called
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Considerable knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and practices used in the building, electrical, or mechanical trades
Considerable knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions
Strong communication skills
Computer skills
Experience and knowledge in APSM
Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
Willing and able to travel as business needs dictate
Preferred
Mechanical or related training preferred
