Responsibilities
Leads multiple high complexity projects, either within the same client environment or different clients. Provides leadership to project teams
Develops and maintains positive working relationships with client executives and key stakeholders with the ability to influence decision making
Anticipates and proactively ensure communication within project, client, and internal teams including being the point of resolution for issue/risk escalation
Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions across multiple projects
Proactively manages change to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs and understands the interdependencies and levers within a project that drive successful outcomes
Monitor and support sales pipeline to reach quarterly bookings targets by leveraging client relationships and identifying new sales opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
At least 7 years project management experience
PMP (or similar project management) certification
At least 2 years of people leadership experience
Ability to make good and timely decisions that help shape the organization's best practices
Ability to influence and guide decision making for multiple stakeholders
