Responsibilities
Joining site walks and keeping a running view of constraints and sequencing
Translating technical updates into clean, operator-grade communication
Coordinating issue resolution across trades, vendors, and controls
Tracking milestones, open items, and risks before they surprise anyone
Supporting commissioning-related coordination (without being the Cx agent)
Keeping documentation, change items, and customer/operator requests organized and moving
Qualification
Required
Experience in data centers, critical facilities, or complex MEP environments
Experience in construction-to-operations transitions
Experience in field coordination, stakeholder management, or owner-side delivery roles
Technical fluency in mechanical, electrical, and controls systems
Ability to translate technical updates into clean, operator-grade communication
Ability to coordinate issue resolution across trades, vendors, and controls
Ability to track milestones, open items, and risks
Ability to keep documentation, change items, and customer/operator requests organized
Structured and calm under pressure
Ability to push without causing friction
