Responsibilities
Provide hands-on desktop support for end-users
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Set up and configure new hire workstations
Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets
Deliver remote support using Bomgar
Perform imaging and deployment of Windows systems
Maintain excellent customer service while resolving technical problems
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in desktop support and troubleshooting
Proficiency with Windows OS and imaging tools
Hardware setup and repair
End-user support
Preferred
Active Directory experience
Familiarity with ServiceNow and Bomgar
Strong communication and customer service skills
