Responsibilities
Lead large, complex accounts and research programs, translating business challenges into clear, actionable insight
Act as a trusted senior advisor to clients, influencing decision-making well beyond research delivery
Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts and support new business development
Shape innovative research approaches across quantitative and qualitative methodologies
Mentor, develop, and inspire senior and junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in primary research across multiple therapy areas, with deep expertise in quantitative methods and qualitative approaches
Proven track record of leading insights teams, including coaching, mentoring, and capability development
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build long-term, trusted client relationships
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical commercialization process and broader healthcare landscape, with experience driving revenue growth through account leadership and new business
Ability to connect research insight to business strategy and real-world impact
