Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to customer service inquiries via email, phone, and live chat
Assist customers with order issues, returns, and delivery questions
Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal team members
Support weekend and evening coverage on a rotation basis
Document common issues and solutions to improve service efficiency
Contribute to item enrichment and customer-facing product accuracy
Live out the Atwoods Way by delivering helpful, timely, and respectful service
Follow the employee handbook guidelines
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in customer service, retail, or ecommerce
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tickets with attention to detail
Comfort using email, phone, and online chat tools
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Experience with ecommerce or CRM systems is a plus
