Responsibilities

Act as process delegate for two SPIs, ensuring compliance with risk and quality standards

Gather and validate process evidence, and maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure accuracy

Calculate, analyze, and input performance metrics into systems of record

Update and manage systems of record such as POP and ORCIT to reflect current processes and controls

Perform data analysis to identify trends, monitor process health, and support risk mitigation strategies

Translate complex data into actionable insights for enterprise reporting and executive decision-making

Develop and present data-driven insights to senior leaders for informed decision-making

Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

Partner with stakeholders to ensure adherence to risk frameworks, quality assurance standards, and accessibility best practices

Lead the Accessibility Awareness Lab, promoting inclusion and accessibility through engaging, energetic and education experiences
