Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and onboard new ISO and Agent Bank partners aligned with channel growth objectives
Lead partner agreement discussions, including revenue share, residual structures, and commercial terms
Establish repeatable approaches for partner recruitment and activation to support channel scale
Equip partner sales teams with training, certification, and sales resources to support merchant acquisition
Support joint selling efforts through coordinated prospecting, marketing initiatives, and event participation
Serve as a primary point of contact for partner sales engagement and pipeline development
Maintain active partner relationships through regular pipeline reviews, business check-ins, and quarterly reviews
Monitor partner performance, merchant activations, and revenue contribution
Address operational or commercial issues to support partner retention and growth
Coordinate with Product, Risk/Compliance, Legal, and Operations to ensure partner onboarding meets sponsor bank and PCI requirements
Represent the organization at partner meetings, industry associations, and payments-focused events
Gather partner feedback to inform improvements to channel programs, tools, and reporting

Required

5–8+ years of experience in payments, merchant acquiring, or partner/channel sales roles
Demonstrated success working with ISOs, Agent Banks, or referral-based partner models
Working knowledge of acquiring economics, residual revenue models, and partner program structures
Familiarity with compliance and risk considerations related to ISO and Agent Bank programs
Experience negotiating partner agreements and managing long-term partner relationships

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
