Responsibilities
Manage all phases of litigation, from initial analysis through trial and resolution
Develop comprehensive case strategies and oversee their execution
Conduct and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and handle court appearances
Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial documents
Maintain consistent communication with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel
Lead settlement negotiations and participate in mediations and arbitrations
Qualification
Required
10–15 years of experience in civil litigation, with an emphasis in personal injury, insurance defense, or business litigation
Extensive trial experience, including first-chair jury trials preferred
Strong legal analysis and writing skills
A high level of organization, independence, and attention to detail
Active membership in the California State Bar, in good standing
