SR Brand Manager

CPGIO is a fast-growing, premium digital agency focused on CPG eCommerce. They are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of eCommerce-focused client accounts, ensuring strategic execution across various digital sales channels.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary senior point of contact for assigned CPG brand accounts
Build trusted, long-term client relationships through strategic guidance and proactive communication
Lead recurring client meetings, business reviews, and performance presentations
Translate complex performance data into clear, compelling narratives and recommendations
Own account-level eCommerce strategy across marketplaces and digital sales channels
Guide clients on best practices across Amazon (1P & 3P), TikTok Shop, social commerce, and emerging platforms
Partner with internal teams to execute against content, media buying, promotions, and optimization roadmaps
Drive improvements in conversion rates, traffic efficiency, and overall account profitability
Collaborate with media teams on paid media strategy, optimization, and performance insights
Oversee content strategy, including listings, A+ content, storefronts, and brand storytelling
Ensure alignment between brand voice, creative execution, and performance goals
Analyze KPIs, sales trends, and channel performance to identify growth opportunities
Proactively surface upsell and expansion opportunities across services and channels
Support brand expansion initiatives, including bundles, gift sets, and unique product offerings

Required

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
4+ years of experience in a digital agency environment, preferably supporting CPG or eCommerce brands
Proven experience managing client relationships in a customer-facing role
Strong background in eCommerce sales channels (Amazon, TikTok, social commerce, DTC, etc.)
Excellent presentation skills with experience leading executive-level conversations
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Professional experience working with social media platforms and digital marketing initiatives

Preferred

Deep understanding of eCommerce fundamentals, including:
Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Media buying and performance marketing
Content optimization and storytelling
Marketplace algorithms and retail media
Experience working cross-functionally with media, creative, analytics, and operations teams
Strong storytelling ability combining data, insights, and brand narrative into clear recommendations
