Responsibilities
Visit job sites across DC/MD/VA (company vehicle provided)
Scope and estimate exterior restoration & waterproofing projects ($10K–$500K)
Conduct takeoffs and prepare professional work proposals
Support projects through closeout – project lifecycle ownership as workload grows
Coordinate subcontractors and manage project schedules
Track project performance and profitability
Ensure all work meets OSHA and internal safety standards
Communicate closely with clients and internal leadership
Provide weekly updates to leadership on progress and profitability
Support process improvements and operational growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
3+ years of leading/managing exterior commercial construction projects experience required
3+ years of waterproofing, caulking/coatings, or building envelopes experience required
Experience coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, or project teams required
Excellent communication skills for working with clients, crews, and leadership
Valid driver's license required
