Work with partial models, ambiguous inputs, and complex spreadsheets to support model development
Annotate and structure finance data artifacts using iterative organization approaches
Provide clear feedback to improve AI model accuracy and performance
Collaborate with finance-adjacent contributors across distributed global teams
Document insights, observations, and best practices in structured written formats
Participate in regular project discussions, sharing progress and findings
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated background in consumer or retail finance or related financial domains
Experience working with unstructured or messy financial data and spreadsheets
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Analytical ability to interpret and normalize ambiguous financial information
Comfort working independently in a remote, self-directed environment
Adaptability to iterative data seeding and evolving project workflows
