Client Service Associate
WDW Financial is a company focused on providing exceptional service to its clients, and they are seeking a Client Service Associate to support their financial advisors. The primary role involves assisting clients with account maintenance, onboarding, and service requests to ensure a smooth and exceptional experience.

Responsibilities
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, handling a range of inquiries and service requests related to account maintenance, new account openings, and client profile updates
Support the onboarding process for new clients by coordinating with financial advisors and other team members to ensure a seamless experience
Proactively communicate with clients, providing updates, answering questions, and resolving service-related issues in a timely and professional manner
Document client interactions and keep relevant information updated in our CRM (Salesforce), ensuring accuracy and thoroughness
Collaborate with other teams to manage client cases from initiation through resolution
Perform administrative tasks such as updating client records, processing paperwork, and maintaining compliance with firm policies
Assist with scheduling client reviews and managing client communications across email, phone, and in-person interactions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
1-3 years of experience in client service or administrative support
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems; Salesforce experience is preferred
Familiarity with data entry and client relationship management tools, with a high level of accuracy in data handling
Exceptional communication skills with a client-focused approach
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Experience in financial services is preferred but not required
