Responsibilities
Assist paralegals in drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents for state and federal court cases
Prepare and organize case files, pleadings, motions, and other court documents
Provide translation for attorneys and team members as needed
Assist with filing documents using appropriate court procedures and forms
Maintain case calendars and track deadlines to ensure timely submissions
Work closely with paralegals and attorneys to support workflow and communication
Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and file management
Qualification
Required
Technology familiarity: Microsoft Office, Adobe, Slack and Google Workspace experience
Excellent proofreading abilities with keen attention to details
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively
Preferred
Knowledge of Lemon law
Bilingual (Spanish or other language)
Office experience
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field
