Responsibilities

Process and manage personnel security clearances through government systems (e.g., DISS, e-QIP, NBIS)

Review and submit background investigation packets for accuracy and completeness

Track investigation statuses, reinvestigation deadlines, and clearance expirations

Maintain secure personnel files and ensure compliance with NISPOM and company policies

Conduct briefings, debriefings, and assist with security indoctrinations

Support visit authorization requests (VARs) and verify clearance levels as needed

Provide guidance to staff regarding clearance requirements, eligibility, and adjudication timelines

Collaborate with the FSO and leadership to ensure ongoing compliance and readiness for inspections

Implement DD-254 Security Guidance and ensure program compliance with contractual requirements
