Responsibilities

Coordinating between stakeholders and technical teams
Defining business, functional, and technical requirements
Managing dependencies between cross-functional teams to deliver the right features
Create a timeline
Hold cross functional team meetings
Support stakeholders
Create professional runbooks, i.e. playbooks

Required

10+ years of experience in Technical Project or Program Management
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
Experience establishing or operating change control, DevOps governance, or operational controls
Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps practices, performance testing, and system integrations
Excellent communication skills, including executive-level status reporting
Proven ability to manage vendors and third-party service providers

Preferred

Experience with cloud decommissioning or data center exit initiatives
Familiarity with performance testing tools and methodologies
Experience supporting API-based integrations in enterprise environments
PMO or portfolio management experience in a mission-driven or nonprofit organization
PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certification a plus
