Responsibilities
Assist in accurately taking project measurements and coordinate ordering of materials
Oversee the warehouse including receiving of and distribution of materials
Assist with job oversight and facilitate professional communication with customers as needed
Complete finish work and handle service calls as needed
Coordinate project activities across teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of milestones
Assist in managing contracts, change orders, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Maintain prompt communication with the office regarding project updates including scheduling and completion of work
Contribute to site inspections and ensure construction activities align with design specifications and safety protocols
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented and proactive
Strong foundation in construction processes
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to coordinate multiple project components effectively
Assist in accurately taking project measurements and coordinate ordering of materials

Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and quality standards
