They are seeking a detail-oriented Equipment Maintenance Technician – Etch to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on Etch equipment, ensuring optimal performance and supporting production output in their semiconductor manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

Perform equipment repair and scheduled preventative maintenance according to documented specifications
Document all maintenance activities in control charts, PM logs, and passdown logs
Analyze and improve equipment performance and mean time between failures by collaborating with Production, Engineering, and fellow Technicians
Coordinate with Material Handlers to maintain a supply of spare parts, order replacements, and return parts for repair or calibration
Participate as a member of the Emergency Response Team
Support company initiatives including quality, safety, environmental management, CQI, 5S, yield management, and cost containment
Perform other duties as assigned to support production and maintenance needs

Required

Associate's degree in electronics technology or a related field, or equivalent military training/experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance
Knowledge of electronics, mechanics, robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, vacuum systems, and test equipment
Proficiency in diagnosing equipment issues and troubleshooting problems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in PC/network systems and Microsoft Office applications

Preferred

Experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience with Applied Centura 5200, Gasonics PEP, FSI Mercury, or wet processing equipment
Familiarity with SPC principles and continuous improvement practices
