Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key distributor and end user accounts
Regularly visit client sites to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that leverage Flexaseal's product offerings
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and prospect for new clients in assigned territories
Achieve or exceed sales targets through strategic planning and effective sales techniques
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of Flexaseal products
Gather and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies
Stay updated on industry developments and continuously seek to improve product knowledge and sales skills
Work closely with internal teams including engineering, customer service, and product management to ensure customer requirements are met promptly and accurately
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities, trade shows, and sales campaigns
Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding product applications, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Conduct training sessions for customers and distributors to enhance their understanding and usage of Flexaseal products

Required

Dynamic personality, self-starting, strong organizational and communication skills are essential
Bachelor's degree, with preference for Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree, Business related degree with technical/mechanical aptitude, or equivalent outside sales experience
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share
Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and understand complex products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels
Self-motivated, results-driven, and thrives working independently
50% travel
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
