Responsibilities

Assess business needs, workflows, and customer engagement processes to identify CRM requirements and opportunities for process optimization

Design, configure, and implement CRM solutions aligned with agency goals and operational structures

Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, and adoption strategies

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to ensure CRM tools support their operational objectives

Monitor CRM system performance, adoption, and ROI; provide insights and recommendations for improvement

Prepare and present reports for leadership and stakeholders on CRM utilization and outcomes

Stay current with CRM trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive system innovation

Support vendor selection and evaluation for CRM tools and integrations

Qualification

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRMSales ProcessesBusiness AnalystCRM certificationsSalesforce CRM

Required

5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – configuration, implementation, and optimization

7+ years of experience in Sales Processes – workflow design, pipeline management, and process optimization

3+ years as a Business Analyst – requirement gathering, process documentation, stakeholder collaboration

Preferred

CRM certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, Salesforce Certified Consultant, or equivalent

Experience developing training materials and SOPs for CRM end-user adoption

Familiarity with Salesforce CRM in addition to Dynamics 365

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
